I usually use 3XOSC for screeches.

I use Sylenth1 and imo is the best for screeches :), I also put camelPhat3 on the channel :)

i knoew brennan hear uses virus ti and fm8 for screeches

you can use anything for screeches, its just a case of using all the tools you have available in your daw to create something unique. If you want a bog standard hoover patch, a simple and quick pitch mod env will create this
