Yeah but I don't think I will get far if I turn knobs till it sounds right, but don't know what the knob actually is for. I don't know all those names , how it's called and what it does etc. I need some knowledge :P

Well often people find the ADSR controls the hardest to grasp
which is Attack, Decay, Sustain & Release.

Image

Attack is the switch that tells you the time of when it gets to the maximum point

Decay is the switch that tells you the time when it goes down from the maximum point

Sustain is the switch that tells you the level of the sound you hold your note for

Release is the switch that tells you the time of the volume to hit zero, so a high release will carry on after the note has been played.

Well just google around on synthesis, shouldn't be too hard to find articles or video about that. May be a bit boring but in the end it's worth it. The most basic thing you need to know is that the input of a synth is the note you hit, that "information" goes to an oscillator(or usually several oscillators)(where you select the waveform, its octave, detuning etc), then goes through a filter and from there to an amp and the output is the sound you get. Usually in the meantime it'll go through some fx aswel. If you know how the signal "flows" it should be doable to just look at the synth and think through how it kinda works. Massive is kinda cool for that, if you go to the routing tab you can really see how the signal goes from input to output. But then again, this is just a really short kinda summarizing loads of information so the best thing you could do would be to watch some tutorials that actually explain synthesis rather than showing around which knobs to tweak.

I find that pretty much the easiest to be honest. :P

the adsr is actually one of the easiest elements to grasp.
try programming an fm-matrix on a 2-line lcd display, that's a pain in the ass.

A Lot Resampling as well .

for pads and amtopshere and leads use Fxpansion Plugins .

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.
