Anyway, the bassline is extrememly important for the overall synth, because it can make it appear that the supersaw has more power then it actually does. The key here is to really fill out the frequencies. So, you have to get a nice sounding bassline with lots of mid and high end. You'd obviously cut the lows on the bassline and add sub bass, which will give it the driving power. Now, with the actual supersaw, layering and chords are they key. Don't just stick to single note with a bassline. Have a really huge chord playing with atleast 3 notes or something. So, firstly just get a huge layered supersaw synth that sounds really nice played with a particular chord progression. That and the bassline will be where most of the sound comes from. However, you want to make it sound as big as possible and fill all the frequencies, so you can add an even higher supersaw layer at a lower volume. This can follow the exact same chord progression, or just be single notes that follow the top notes of the chords in the main supersaw(if that makes sense). Play around with stuff, but just get some huge chorded synths. Then you can eq them all and get them mixed well with each other, then route them all - the sub(though, if I remember correctly, I leave the sub on its own), mid range bass, and supersaws to a single bus, and compress them a bit to gel them together. I'm no expert at this, but these are some tips I've picked up along the way, and this is how I'd approach it.
Oh, and of course, sidechain it all to the kick, or a ghost kick that plays on every 4/4 but is muted, so it still triggers the sidechain, but makes no sound. This ghost kick can be a clap, snare, drum, or anything since it will be muted, as long as it gets the sidechain sounding nice. And play with the compression settings to get the sidechaining sounding awesome. Alternatively, you could put attack on all the synths to get the same effect, but that just seems like a hastle to me.

On another note if you legitimately want to make a saw riser, turn on legato and turn portamento all the way up. Play C0 (Or whatever the root note is in your track's key) and then play C8 (Again, on the root note).
Timestretch 600%, add copious amounts of reverb and stereoized delay.
BAM!
Then bounce it, and eq the shit out of it to give you some headroom back.

sounds like regular screech? Watch some tutorials on youtube, it's a combination of simple sound design, very good EQ and FX, and a touch of Glitch/Effectrix plugin. Also I'd like to know how these kind of intro sounds are made, it's like a screech but... different
Like there's a screaming voice controlling the sound? I've tried numerous times in various synths but I always end up with a sound that leans more towards the normal screech sound, there must be a secret

The screech is just a screech lol. He probably just sampled his vocals and cut them up to make the pattern. He also probably used distortion and a vowel filter to give his screech more of a growl sound.
