How to make a simple screech?

Yoo guys,
I was wondering how to create a simple uptempo / terror screech like NSD uses in his track Speakers at 1:36



I believe it's not too complex but I have 0 understanding of synths and screeches in general.
It will be my first time making one and it will complete my new track.

Basically it's all about playing around with the resonance into distortion :)
