E-Force kind of screech.

Hey guys! I've come into a bump! I've trying for a long time now to create a screech similar to E-Force - System 2.0
It sounds a very simple screech but yet to difficult to make. I have tried heavy detuned saws in sylenth with filterbank3 or camelphat and of course pitch lfo but none of these seem to work. Some said "Rip a screech,time stretch it, distort it and voila" I havent tried it yet but i think neither this way is going to work... So please any kind of help is valuable :D
