I was hoping somebody here could tell me about phase or point me towards a good resource for learning this stuff. I would like to learn about correlation meter. What can it tell me? How about phase in general. What can I achieve/ruin with phase editing? I'm sorry if there's a topic for this already or some easily google-able source for learning this stuff but I've not come across any. This is just one of these things that are completely out of my control in my productions. And I don't like that. I mean I hear some kinda change in sound when I manipulate phase but I don't have any knowledge to associate with it. And the fact that I can't read correlation meter is kinda frustrating.
TL;DR What is phase and how to use correlation meter(other tools) to my advantage.
