Well I realy want to know where you get that guitar solo sound I hear It in alot of tracks Like Wasted Penguinz 4:20 am and here at 3:10

hmm. I'm not a producer so i can't tell you how its made but I think i have seen a youtube tutorial about a Code Black & Wasted Penguinz - Your Moment remake and he used nexus to do this sound.

sound more like a panflute to me

There is a preset of panflute in nexus, in Classical, but dosent sound as paddy as this one. But maybe try to layer that

I wouldn't be surprised at all, WP really fancy using nexus(Not talking about the crying lead in Your Moment/Activated here, they use nexus in other tracks as well).

I used something similar in this clip:

It's just a preset in nexus. Classical > GT Guitar Fuzz 2. Add some portamento and distortion.
