It's a square and a sawtooth with a decimate distortion.
oh, and with high resonance and the cutoff is low. At least I made it in this way :+

You won't get the sound that easily, if you're talking about the one at 0:05. I'm not sure exactly how I would go about doing it, but I know for a fact that a square and saw + resonance and decimation won't get that - there's more modulation involved.

I'm talking about the one at 1:33. And I just gave an idea, there is lot of work in making a sound.

I don't hear any 'robot' sounds at 1:33.

I know you can't exactly define a 'robot' sound, but if out of all the sounds in the track, you assumed that the one at 1:33 was the sound he was talking about, then there's something really wrong with you. But yeah, BVR, you should be more specific next time, we can't just guess.

FM Synthesis and Vocoders with dark vocal samples as modulators and the FM Synth's patch as a carrier. Sytrus is a quite good FM Synth actually so start with it if you happen to own it.

That's just my guess but I really can't imagine other way to create such sounds... Maybe HCM Synthesis, but that would require using some external vocoders too to give the sound more depth.
