Just like in every other dubstep subgenre, a very few good names and plenty of crap. I can recommend you Kryptic Minds, Biome, Thelem, Clubroot

Not my preferred style of music but someone I know who makes some is Packet of Skum. Here are some of his tracks:

Although it isn't my favourite genre, it is good for easy listening. His tracks are fairly good in my opinion.

My recommendations...

Artist (Album):
Trifonic (Emergence)
Skream (Skreamizm/Outside the Box)
Burial (all his albums EVER)
Pinch (Underwater Dancehall)
Mt Eden (Mt Eden EP + Meds EP)
Boxcutter (Oneiric)
Benga (Diary of an Afro Warrior)
Distance (Repercussions)

Some of the biggest and most influential/respected dubstep album of all time, as well as some more underground stuff.
Also worth checking out are MRK1, DJG, Killa & Instinct, Kromestar, Darqwan, Tunnidge and Kulture.
