Ivan Carsten - Angel Sing Melody

Well, I'm really surprised by this melody, it has 7 notes next to each other(as in, connected, not a semitone apart) that are played throughout the melody. I've gone through all the scales in FL and can't seem to find what scale it is in. Some have been close, but don't include all the notes of the melody. Does this mean that it's within a certain scale but also uses notes outside of the scale?
