try it with modulation plugins like Sugar Bytes WOW filter ;)
could be an automated timestretch with cutoff/pitch lfo, too.

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.

By sampling it first can you reload it into a fitting sampler where you have the desirable stretching options :+
I'm grumpier than you.

Do people even read these?

is there a certain sampler that you recomend? i dont really have a nice sampler outside of my daw fl, buy "fitting" sampler do you mean something like kontakt?

also i am obviously having a little problem grasping the concept of "sampiling", for example, i understand sampleing my kicks, but, i dont understand how you sample, this "zany style square screech" this topic is about, i made my synth for screech with sylenth, and a version with massive, i obviously write it into my piano roll, with effetcs on it to create my screech pattern, how do you sample, a screech written into the piano roll???? much thanksss

Export the pattern in the same way as you would with the kick, import it with granulizer as that one can autoamte the timestretching :)

so record with edison the entire screech pattern, import it into granulizer, timestretch, as desierd, and then when i put it into my Playlist when arranging/sequencing my song it will be an audioclip, as apposed to a piano roll pattern

Export as a .wav file, import it into Granulizer, time stretch it how you want it, export it again and load into your favorite sampler and add effects like EQ, reverb, delay, chorus or well actually what the hell you want.. Experiment in other words.

ok, cool cool i get that, thank you, i had just never sampled anything like a synth, unless it was for short fx's, i dont know how i would use it when arranging my song?, say it is my bassline, 4 notes of bass, then painted into my playlist 4 times so 16 bar pattern, every 4th time i shorten that pattern, by two notes and i have an fx kick or something in that gap.

i feel i lose that flexiblity thats all i worry about, i cant arrange an audioclips with as much freedom 0.o?

thanks heaps SCH 4 tha feedback
