Screech Question

In this vid at 19 seconds has the screech got an attack on it, because the lead starts to fade in but it doesnt sound cutoff and does it have a pitch on.
I've been trying to make this sound for years lol.

Any tips would be very helpful thank you.

Ps the screesh is 1 sylenth with alot of phaser and a attack with some pitch lfo

I think there's no pitch on it, i think he used Mono Legato Portamento, that the notes will slide up on eachother...
That's what i've used in sylenth. And he used a lot of Resonance, and a hishelf filter i guess, aaannndd a lot of detune... Phaser, chorus.. Almost everything!:P I even dropped another Camelphat on top of it..
I've tried to remake it, for the best possible i could. I hope i've helped you a bit.
Don't mind the mixdown btw, it's horrible. It's made in 10 minutes... That's why!

Nonkovic I tried that with phaser and chorus, but it just seems really messy when i do it, have you got a tutorial or something.

I can get it like a saw, but it sounds too thin.
