Reverse it, fade it to your likings, put it before the vocal. Put the reverb on the vocal back to normal

The screech, starting at 00:05, I think it's a detuned saw with a slight square and an we... is it an Pitch LFO or Pitch Modulation going from down -> up ??
And also, what do you think I'm guessing it's timestretched a bit at the beginning of each note (like you can do it with Kontakt)
