So, T78 has done a full cyrcle and is now back to hard trance :) Who would have expected that a few years ago haha. Nice release, liking both tunes.

Also, can we, please, PLEASE finally quit calling this 'techno'? What are we going to do, call heavy metal 'guitar techno' next?

I believe they call this "melodic techno"

This is great though, the original mix sounds straight out of 2002 and the Hi-NRG mix sounds like something I would hear on my local college radio station. (L) Beautiful release!

yeah, this EP is far away from techno

I really like the concept in both tracks but I think in this case "less is more" could be true for the melody, a simpler melody with less notes works better imo

Yes, this is hard trance. When he played this in neuchatel, the entire place lost its collective mind, in a good way. Electrified the energy to the maximum. People want harder trance but they don't know they want it. So no, for the sake of the audience, the music, and Manuel who is on such a roll, letting it all loose creatively (tbh, all recent releases are pointing towards trance), I think we should keep calling it as we have for the past 5 years:)
Embrace the zaag bitches
