You need two VGA outs, that one above is just a controller out.
you will need something like this one: (cost around 5€)
BUT WITH THIS I THINK YOU CAN HAVE JUST THE SAME PICTURE ON YOUR SCREENS
so you will end up having 2 monitors, but both with the same desktop.
edit: i googled and yes, with this you can have more screens, but on all you will see the same desktop. i think you dont want that

if you re not gaming with your pc, you can get a graphiccard for around 70 £.
just build it in your pc and install the drivers which are incluced by the graphiccard

hmm that's shit isn't it, i had this pc like 2 months ago and i have to upgrade already! 
i'm not spending any more, just to have 2 screens 1 will do for now..thanks anyway

hm but a 2 months old pc should have "normally" 2 vga outs. not so nice...

, its just a adapter if you have a grapihccard with only DVI outputs but your screen only supports VGA. you need 2 vgs outputs on your pc, this one needs one vga from your pc and give you one output, so its no different.
