I got to a point when my confidence is getting much better that I'm not panicking but appreciating the time spent alone If I look back some of my posts in the sad topic about how desperate I was in my late teenage years/early 20s I realized how many interesting things out there to discover that there's simply no time for self-loathing as it clearly affects my mental health badly and the picture I have for other people around me. Sure there are bad stages still but I created my own rope to climb out of that and it's a great feeling. I don't say I'm completely fine with myself either but there's a significant difference.

Although I don't have any deep relationships with people, I don't feel sad for that at all. It's not coming from a series of bad experiences, I just feel like I need to have my own private area to be "protected". I still engage in conversations if the topic is interesting enough or offer my help if possible anytime but I'm not trying hard to tie these relationships any stronger which might look like a selfish/ignoring move from the outside but trust me it's not I simply feel better this way without any bad feelings. And that is very important to better enjoy life!
