I'm currently rotating between the new Immolation album and the Funeral Mist album from last year. Both are absolute clinics in how you make near perfect albums in each of their genres. _O_

Maybe if you wrote some music you wouldn't need 6 kick drums!

New White Ward album out next month :) Can't wait, their previous album was absolutely mindblowing.

Zeit, Angst, Giftig and OK are the best :fist:

Why that awful autotune in Lügen lmao

Also i just read the lyrics from "Adieu", is this their farewell track/album as everyone feared? lol
I also gave this a try despite Rammstein is only known for me of their bigger hits. I was kinda feeling the vibe after the first 2-3 tracks but as the overall sounding didn't change much later, the whole album ended up boring. I guess it's still consumable for their loyal audience tho :)

Zeit is probably my favorite, I had to replay it at least 4-5 times this day :fist:

Give it a couple of replays in the course of a few days, it will grow hard :)

I'm currently playing through Assassin's Creed Origins and as such I'm almost exclusively listening to Nile, Maat, and Crescent.

Examples:

Great game too.

it's been a long time since I've listened to this album but after a long journey of discovering different types of music (including rock), it now tastes somehow even better than before - time to rebuild connections with industrial metal _O_

Found this little gem earlier this year. There are so many outstanding melodies throughout the album.

And a little Deathcore guilty pleasure :+

Instead of posting a third french band, i got this straight forward banger from Italy.

Been listening to pretty much metal this year. Came across some interesting genre combinations i haven't seen before like Symphonic Deathcore (To Obey A Tyrant - Omnimalevolent), Downtempo Deathcore (sth. sth. russian from 2022, not sure about the lyrics so...) or some strange Death Metal with mixed in Synthwave (Beyond the Catacombs - Terminate the Process)

The first black metal song I've ever heard years ago. I'm getting more and more comfortable with the almost inarticulate screaming but the atmosphere still tops everything _O_
