Hey all. I was wondering. Lately I've been massively into these artists:

6EJOU
WZX_O
DYEN
TRYM
Nico Moreno
Stan Christ
ØRGIE
Lucas Campagna
Diazepin

Basically all have extremely fat and deep kicks, making even the hardest gated hardstyle kicks sound soft (imo). I'm pretty sure it's hardtechno... but is it really? Does it belong in this topic?

I think yes because there are not many people who post, there are not many people who listen, not relative to hs/hc, no point to be a stickler about it here (imo)

I know, i don't mean if it belongs in the exact rules of hardtechno or not. I was just wondering if the artists I mentioned are classified as hardtechno? Some sound like techno, some more like early hardstyle so I was wondering there the line is.

gosh, no yes no. If it sounds early hardstyle i'm inclined to call it that but that's because what I put under hardstyle is quite expansive. And also because I think what these artists are influenced by is more true to hardstyle than what current hardstyle artists are influenced by. The genres are very close, I mean...what would you call this one?

Frankly, I don't know where the line is either, I haven't been much on hardtechno forums despite listening from a young age and loving the genre, deferring to someone with more experience :p

Anyone know any hard Techno/schranz versions of 'Eurythmics - Sweet Dreams'

I'm looking for a particular version/remix
