2. Even if it does, 4th of December is the last day of the 3-week lockdown so it counts as lockdown.

Nah, the measures started off at Saturday 19:00. + parties are only allowed till 0:00. So, in the very, very, very small chance the government doesn't lie again like they do about everything, and the lockdown actually ends after 3 weeks, unless organisers want to organise their party for only 5 hours, from 19:00 till 0:00, no parties will happen on 4 December.
