When you're being stuck in your life and have no exact explanation about the roots of your problems. Job that you kind of like but you have a ridiculous wage, serious fall in willing to interact with people which makes you an outsider from time to time, moments you just want to lay down and do fucking nothing surrounded by no one, lack of intimacy due to the aforementioned reasons, the feeling of false comfort in mind, the lack of reasonable future plans... ah, I don't know.

The best would be quitting everything. Except life.

I can relate.

Though in my case, it turns out that all my issues might be caused by a very physical issue (sleep apnea)

Stay strong :) I luckily don't have sleeping problems in general except the few times I wake up in the night trying to catch my breath (improvement happened due to the extra pillows under my head I guess) - stress is a factor I think, isn't that a possible cause in your case?

Sorry for late answer. I indeed am kinda stressed but I really have issues with breathing in my sleep. Doesn't help that I'm really overweight.

I got an appointment at a sleep clinic to see if it is the issue :)

Who is having fun to torture you ? ...
I often wonder why we live in a society of torture, in fact the education system is all about torturing people. It's not about if you can do the studies, it's about if you can do the studies under pressure with hard deadlines. Kind of sad and pointless

I don't know. All I know is that I've been victim of torture by my mom's family since the start of my life and that they should be in prison. Same for all other people who did torture me (dad's family, some neighbors, some job colleagues, some doctors and healthcare people, etc...), they should all be in prison. Usually their goal is fun of seeing others suffering, which is a psychological mental issue, and/or to get/rob money.
As long as you're alive you have the choice, you can become someone who also tortures people or be a good person.
Be good :) :salute:
Best to avoid family if they're all like this.
