And somebody will tell you that hardstyle itself has never been this diverse before, why are you complaining :+

+1 craving for some slower tempo warmups (just hire Geck-o for every event ffs - inb4 he's going to be the opener artist at Qlimax)
Hardstyle? Yeaah, never really was diverse. Hard dance music in general played on hard events? A different story imo, there was plenty of diversity :) hardtrance, techtrance, jumpstyle, subground/qult stuff (jesus how i miss that sound :( ), all kinds of hardcore... now every event is basically raw or euphoric & Sefa closing set

Speaking of diversity, this kind of hardstyle was really short-lived and not so much popular but I really liked it :/

Vertile = most overrated crap ever. People calling him 'the most talented producer of the recent years' just proves that this genre is half dead at this point

Disagree so hard, i'm sorry.

Does his own vocals (musical background from doing vocals for rock/metal bands), his own Vertile's Dimension's with all the visuals himself, production quality is super good. It might not be your taste, but the dude is super talented, that's just a fact.

Vertile is king.
Surely you dig some of the melodies, ceero? I can understand being hyped a little too much but frankly, I think it's justified.

The Qreator is a good project.

I think, if you just put asides the fact The Qreator has no own music and you just visit/listen to his sets for going to a DJ-set, not for going to your favourite artist/brand - just for experiencing a DJ-set only, he really nails it imo.

For example his Qlimax 2021 set has a lot of 'forgotten tracks', he doesn't only play the well-known classics, but knows how to build a DJ-set and spice things up. He fills the gap that's been created since DJ's/producers basically became their own brands, playing only their own music + music of their close colleague's.

For well-mixed, well-thought DJ-sets with unexpected tracks, he's actually a good addition to the scene imo. Well done Q.

I'm kinda split on this matter but I agree about the Qlimax 2021 set, it was really good :)

Qreator is awful but then again, every big act at an event is pre-recorded so what's another with no identity I guess lol

I agree The Qreator is a good project, but proves that bookings should also consider the skill of the DJ and not just how much they produce. I'd rather go to a Luna or The Prophet lineup than another producer showcase. Weird to think that 10-15 years ago when these producer showcase style sets started to slowly emerge is when a lot of the community (especially in Trance) started to dislike that move. There's a reason why ASOT and TAtW were so popular.
