I remember no one shutting up about it when it played at Qlimax 2009 before the Noisecontrollers set, though I chalk that up to the hype before the big surprise Noisecontrollers liveset from the time full of new tracks and edits.

It wasn't anything amazing and or even popularr when it came out, I didn't hear anyone talk about it.
Everyone talked about it after Qlimax 2009.

Sorry but this is just not true. The track has been overhyped and overplayed to hell when it came out. It was a huge, huge hit when it came out, there wasnt a single party where it wouldnt get played at least once. And i consistently hate that tune ever since :+ The fact that such an unoriginal, cheesy and borderline annoying tune has been voted to be the no. 1 all time hardstyle track (despite the huge pile of actually well written and original sounding music from that era) perfectly demonstrates that the general hardstyle crowd has a terrible taste overall.

This is not a people fault. Maybe it is more a Q-Dance marketing choice after all, they never released the overall votes of the tracks.

But ok, the mainstream Hardstyle listeners have an awful preferences

Live the Moment sucks ;)

But nice to see him making music again of course! I would prefer the old dark nasty Thalamus/JDX but that's my taste.
