He was inside an inflatable ball at some point and thrown around in the crowd.
Didn't see him puke but I can defo imagine it as he was really shook up when he got out, the crowd didn't go easy on him, Deepack had to call the ball back to the stage.

The sound has been shit every year after midnight.. Much better sound at the wasteland stages
