well from what i know with my amateurish knowledge is that flac/wav has "the full wave histogram" so to say, whereas mp3 cuts the very high(and low?) peaks. Does this matter with a soundsystem like at defqon mainstage?

^ Nailed it. I doubt that the average listener is able to make a difference between a 320kbps mp3 and a wav. file at Defqon. (Especially when listening to xtra raw :p )

It has a lot to do with believing in it as well. While it is possible to hear a difference on a good system it also depends on many different aspects. It is the same with audio tracks in movies. A lossless format (DTS-HD MA or Dolby Atmos) can sound crappier than a lossy format, for instance dolby digital, due to poor mastering, a bad mixdown, bad dubbing etc.

In general, lossless formats have a higher dynamic range and the advantages that come with it.

Check out my Jingle Bells Hardstyle Bootleg (preview) in time for Christmas.

Still coming to terms with using everything IN Fl Studio so any constructive criticism is welcome! Thanks

Hello guys and girls! Looking for some support for my new Facebook page and what better place than around the Hardstyle family, it's greatly appreciated as most of the idiots on my actual Facebook don't listen to Hardstyle so I haven't got one like yet, I will be posting tutorials, new bootlegs and also free content for Fl Studio and some help where possible,

I also have a link to my new Jingle Bells Bootleg on the page if you want to watch it, thanks l!

Pure speculation, but...
D-Block & S-Te-Fan & Wildstylez - Wolves Cry
D-Block & S-Te-Fan & SZP - The Clock
D-Block & S-Te-Fan - Forthenite
D-Block & S-Te-Fan & Isaac - World Renowned
D-Block & S-Te-Fan & Deepack - Rise and Fly
D-Block & S-Te-Fan & Deepack - Blade Me Now
D-Block & S-te-Fan ft. MC Villain - ID
D-Block & S-Te-Fan - Supernova (Devin Wild Remix)
D-Block & S-Te-Fan - Rebel (Sound Rush Remix)
+ i think they said they had one or two brand new unplayed tunes ready for the liveact?
Thats 10-11 unreleased tunes right there.
Could be a new album coming up perhaps? :naughty:

I would unfortunately guess it would rather become an 'Ghost Stories EP' or a Minialbum than a whole new Album. I
I dont thing that everything will get a fast release. But I would look forward to everything of this :)

I have a question. Why is it necessary to post every release on the forum? I saw Convicted posting like 50 releases topics in a row without anyone responding. I mean, in a forum topics or music should be posted when someone is interested in talking about it.

I think it is for the overview in the releases section that he keeps track of as well, which in its turn might be useful for the top 5s every month / every two months. Really nice as fuck, but I agree with you that it's a bit unnecessary to have every released track in there since nobody cares about those tracks anyway.
I think it would be better - plus saves Convicted's time as well - to just write it in the overview without a direct link to a topic, unless of course, he enjoys doing it. Then imo we shouldn't complain about it ;)
