Tweekacore was great. Clearly more dark than last year. The lion king remix was AMAZING.

PN and SZP were out of this world.

Peacock was CRAZY :D

The stage wasn't crazy imo but still pretty good compared to last year.

Now i must die.
My Qlimax conclusion:

Luna, Coone and Bass Modulators did a good job, very solid sets :)
Wildstylez was great, I dont even think about to spend a word that it should be "LIVE" #2018 :naughty:

Phuture Noize was f*cking outstanding, the time flew over like nothing, I could've listen him for 4 hours and wouldn't spend a second at thinking about when the set is finally over, I enjoyed it to the max! _O_

B-Freqz had it really difficult with the crowd after PN, but they also made a good job, good combination of the dark hardstyle with that new Frequencerz style imo!

I have to say in front that I'm not a big fan of Sound Rush, their set was lovely to chill and take rest on the platform, but there was nothing more for me in it.

Tweekacore at Qlimax was the biggest bullshit move from Q-Dance, I was sooo fucking annoyed by that shit, for Defqon yep okay, but not for Qlimax. That Lion King Remix is the proove that they cant do serious music on a serious event.

Now to Sub Zero Project: Am I the only one who thinks that the set was predictable and boring?
Don't get me wrong: Every SZP track itself is a real bomb, but mixed together for a set its just the three same kicks, with the same melody sound design. The crowd scream "WOOAH at every second track like on a Gearbox event but the GB DJs are really surprising with new edits. I mean that Basstrain Kick Edit is fucking
ridiculous, they played it for month and it felt like 75 % of the crowd didn't expect the fake drop with that standard SZP kick. As official Game Changers I expected a lot more on varation of the tracks and mixing. The only small shine of hope was the mixing to Drop 'Em Down and then they cut it after the drop to something completly diffrent which doesn't fit in any way. Same with the track after D-Sturbs - Universe? wtf this set was a fucking joke. :dunno:

Dr. Peacock: this set was on fire, but 30 mins would've been enough for Qlimax because ↓..

the most people missed some new Raw between B-Freqz and Dr. Peacock, i don't even care if it was Rejecta (won't deserve it, but thats another topic), Myst, E-Force or any other with heavy kicks, good melodies and screeches from hell. After that Tweekacore shit I really guessed for a heavy suprise act, well was wrong.

I think that the stage was the best for years, but thats matter of taste :)

All in all I think that I dont buy tickets directly again when the (pre) sale starts... I'm gonna wait for the Line Up next year and pay a few euros with joy more, when the Line Up gets back to his old strength!

Weird Qlimax. I really liked the SZP set, but at the end of it, this tear gas attack hit us (we were standing at the back at that time). So we had to run away, but still managed so see the introduction of Tweekacore. First minutes were surprisingly great and then the sound system had a break down. As we wanted to rest before PN anyway, we were going to take a seat and „enjoyed“ the rest of the set from the back tribunes. The tweekacore set was just wrong. It felt wrong. I thought that they would have fit better placed before Sound Rush, because it felt so soft. Long breaks, cheesy melodys, same kicks. At the end of the set we were going to the floor again. It was so easy to reach mid level, because the floor was empty as fuck. When we reached our spot, lion king started. It felt like a 3 minute break, were they just copy pasted cinematic trailer+lion king theme. 0 effort. When the kick started, I looked around and there was like no one dancing. Everyone looked bored, it was painfull to watch. Also the led screens broke down around that time. So my mood was pretty much gone at that moment and came only back at the Peacock set. Weird Qlimax...

Well yes, but still one of the best sets if you have Coone, BM, Sound Rush and Tweekacore on the line up. :+

Sorry but Sound Rush was good! It was a great set worth for qlimax. Taste is always a matter of personality but come on. Be fair

Livesets are never live. Just shittons of prerecorded edits. The set was crazy good tho
Indeed. There is no such thing as 'live' in electronic music, unless you are someone like Jean Michel Jarre. As a metalhead and someone who grew up on rock music this whole pretending to do live music has always been cute to me :+
wat? have you ever watch giuseppe ottaviani's performance?
but agreed, live's are fuckin ridiculous in our scene. only one who comes close to live is Ophidian. Look at his performance this year at Resonate _O_
Noize Suppressor is another. But I'm crying out for a live set in out scene that can rival Guiseppe Ottaviani's.

I had such a blast watching it. From what I seen of Tweekacore I think it was pretty good. Dr. Peacock was all that good plus it was 5:30 am and I needed sleep. I think sub zero project did an incredible job easily set of the night and the transitions flowed good. I eat my words thinking it was a shit line up cos the music from so many was just on point. Hats off to Q Dance I think this year has been superb for livestreams. Fingers crossed wow wow gets livestreamed too.

I had the same impression, even more so when B-freqz started mixing up their set with non B-freqz tunes after SZP & PN b2b

Music wise another great edition, but I had an odd feeling about missing the Qlimax vibe around the show and spectacular :dunno:

After all the heat with Da Tweekas/ Tweekacore I doubt Q would cancel rejecta at the last minute due to public ‘outcry’
