Honestly this track is amazing and the intro kick is fat af but why do you have to go so soft into the climax? I hear a lot of room in the climax which makes the synth stand out a lot which was his idea/taste I think. I wouldn't mind having a fat crispy dong kick in the climax

The problem is he seems to overcompress the kicks now as he's been in the house scene that is known to compress the shit out of tracks.

When the kicks start appearing this fat in the waveform it's a good sign of compression at work to keep things non audible clipping distorted. The problem with hardstyle when you compress kicks too much is that you start losing impact, the punch kinda becomes a muddy mess and doesn't stand out/is softer etc. For most tracks since his return this has been noticeable.
