Here is an update. Finally found the DJ who did this mix https://youtu.be/PLWtFNFG-28?t=3856 or should I say he found me. Yes, it does contain the song here; however, he has lost many of the tracks that were there. He will try to look for it. Hopefully, this would conclude my literal years of searching for the name of this song.
