Maybe some are missing the point of hard with style only having old tracks? Still keep the hype and remind everyone how the classic sound is what people are clamouring for. Not bothered anyway podcast wise Nightbreed is more consistent than Unleashed. The latest Theracords show was superb and more of a niche podcast but normally the better listen.

This. Remember that if this was a random episode without hype around it (though no, he never said he was gonna premiere album tracks in this episode) everyone would've creamed over it because all of them awesome classics. People expected too much of HWS #72 while Willem never said it was going to revolve around the album. Just take this as a nice classics episode (& Legends Never Die remix in HQ) and the album will be with us soon (for real this time).

I wouldn't. I can listen to them on my own at home. Classic sets are so boring. Tracks we all heard 1000x times before.

It's just common sense when someone makes such a big hype around the 2nd feb (IT WILL ALL MAKE SENSE) that you think he will premiere some of his super-exclusive-spiritual-stuff.

So did you really listen to the whole podcast full of old tracks?

well yeah you're right I can listen to all of them already on whatever platform I want, but yes, I did listen to the whole HWS for the whole experience (and the talks between Heady & Wildstylez on video etc).

But the hype from him this last week specifically, was mainly aimed at the Art Of Creation label (which was what the episode was about) and the album is done. If you think about it, he never said he would put album premieres in this episode, and he has been saying the 'once it's streamed, it gets old' for a while now, months ago already. Yes, I hoped for more exclusives too, but the idea that those premieres were gonna be in HWS wasn't really logical after all.

I think Heady's instagram indicates that
1. He wanted to have label sorted before new tunes showed
2. it was difficult to get off his old label ( I presume Ultra)
3. He made the tracks on headphones first and didn't want to show the tracks until re-worked in the studio

Simple solution - say all this 3-4 months ago so everyone knows why the wait

5 years have exactly passed since Headhunterz signed Ultra, 04/02/2013. So, yeah, that's probably the reason.

GeckO was staying quite far from Amy hard music but with Hatom around I think hopefully his passion for experimental hardstyle will come back. I need GeckO to make another Assquake or another Don't Wake The Dreamer. Also Fausto Crossover is great for diversity while still keeping in the hard beats
