I really envy, and to be honest can't understand the people who loved Qlimax this year.

Theres no excuse including budget for having the biggest hardstyle event have no bass unless you stood on the elevated stands, where everyone was more or less because of it.

I remember reading something about noise complaints from locals years ago. Probably why the throw was so short.

They had to change the entire set up after the 2014 editon due to complaints.

Look at the speaker set up at the 2014 show to all the following events they have much smaller overhead speakers that really affect the bass levels.

I don’t think it’s so much Q not bothering but more trying to workout a best set up which is hard to test/tune when they have less than a week for sound checks and can’t account for the mass of people preventing the sound to travel. In my experience 2015 was very noticeably quieter than 2015. Saying that 2016 seemed perfect..

I think live it's kinda cool and fits the theme. In videos where you get the full effect of the lighting from the back in the movement in the light around the ball, it's fucking sick. But trying to find a wallpaper today for my computer - nothing stood out as "wow"

Yeah it looks better in the videos but still underwhelming. I did like how the "pillars" extended put into the audience. The concept had so much potential

Also words will never be able to express how disappointed I am that the qlimax logo never appeared on the ball
