Yes you can go only saturday/sunday

I know there are some bus shuttle, I don't have the details tho

Yes, you can get a saturday and/or a sunday ticket. You can book busses from other companies, depending on
where you live. Here in Germany we have feierreisen which picks you up from your city, drives you to the event and also takes you back. The parking lot in front of the defqon area is full of busses, so I guess you'll find a company in Italy too.

So guys, maybe a stupid question but on this site https://defqon1.nl/de/tickets at 1pm sharp a button will appear, where I can buy tickets right? I just got confused by all the sub sites from q-dance and their travel bookings.

It is mate. This year you can choose between Saturday or Sunday.
however:

ATTENTION:
On Saturday and Sunday, Defqon.1 Weekend Festival will not be reachable by public transport for day visitors. There won’t be a shuttle bus service available between surrounding train stations and the festival site, the shuttle buses on Sunday are for weekend visitors only
