and as Code Black says, outside of Holland, raw is NOT the most popular type of hardstyle, nor will it ever become that. Even with Australia loving raw and having Supremacy, it's really popular only in one city (Sydney). The rest of the cities hate it

Imo the whole concept/atmosphere of Hard Bass is more towards the "Yellow Side" of Hardstyle. It's not Supremacy or Qapital but definitly more on the Harder side. Also we got 3 teams before Red so get a grip.
Be a pioneer, don't chase the tail. Don't follow the path.

besides, remember 2009-2011 when there was fuck all on the 'harder' side of hardstyle (even the last teams were relatively soft)
It's just a shift in taste
Maybe in 2-3 years it will get softer.....just let nature take its course.

Xtra raw is getting more and more popular sure... Seems way too hardcore to me. But when I see Qlimax this year I think euphoric hardstyle (or well ...just hardstyle
) still got a few good days ahead of him... Maybe it will die one day, for now I'm enjoying it to the fullest
Also, for exemple the mainstage on Defqon was 90% euphoric. You're all overreacting imho, HardBass was always more hard than other normal HS events

Ridiculous discussion that happens once per month involving the same people.
we know you don't like Raw as it is now we heard you the first five times, just listen to not Raw.
Raw kicks ass live, the only Hardstyle I can actually get up and join the crowd with.

If this is true, then im out.propells wrote:Did you go to HB Emre? If you did you clearly could see and feel what the crowd wanted. It's time to move on. When Yellow started it clearly was a better atmosphere and it totally exploded on Red. It's obvious what most people want. Pure raw events sell out faster than ever before and Euphoric events doesnt even sell out. Personally i love all the subgenres of HS but on such big events the energy is way way better on the "wannabe gangster" shit.
I remember how it was before. When team yellow was legendary Wild Motherfuckers, that was perfect 'RAW' with some hardcore tempo adjustments in their set.
However the euphoric scene has to change. Too many copycat producers, using that annoying Code Black sylenth1 lead or same formula of kick.
We need Great kick producers again in the scene, like the kicks Shockerz made back in 2011-2013 and the old Bioweapon style.
For leads everyone has something to learn from Davide Sonar, a master Mind. Glad he was at the Scantraxx Writers camp, ghosting a track.
Let's pray for this

^ again, I say "try out some other genres" to you.
A lot of people just disagree with you and the others who are disgruntled. The people who whinge now are those who loved 'nustyle' from 2006 to 2009 and now it's time for them to potentially vacate the scene like early hardstyle warriors left in 2008-2009 when they knew their beloved sound would not be back.
it's sad, it sucks, but things move away from you.
I have numerous friends who loved hardstyle so much until 2008 but have all ditched it to either not follow any music at all, follow hardcore, follow rock/metal or follow 70s/80s music
I can't understand why people expect things to go back they way they want it when the trend is clearly going the other way. Stop hurting yourself
