Yeah they will, but weird if they didn't care this year. As i said the sound quality was better and louder at HB. And the article regarding noise from Gelredome stated that they tested the new soundsystem in 2015 for Qlimax, with "success", lol. So it doesn't make sense if HB used the exact same setup 2 months later.
