I knew you would post about the raw on red hehehe - it's not going to change any time soon!DjVero wrote:Fourth DQ in a row in Biddinghuizen for me. It was great. Most of the stages looked incredibly awesome and the sound, wow, I haven't experienced something good in a looooong while. Great job!
The music...yeah...a lot better than expected, although we avoided all of that rawstyle shit, so maybe that's why. Friday at the Blue was nice, but nothing too spectacular. ALLSTVRS stood out for me and left when Crypsis started playing.
Saturday was okay too, we stayed at the White from 5 o'clock until the rain cleared out. It was a nice place to stay dry and have a little chat
Then when it got dry, we went to RED where everything up until half of B-Front's set was NICE, but then jesus christ...rawstyle once again just proved to me it's such generic shit. None of the people in my group liked it, but yeah we wanted to see the fireworks so we had to put up with it. Q-Dance, please, no raw at main again, man.
Sunday the showers up until 2 or 3 o'clock were terrible, but then when it got dry we went to the festival (we stayed, like every year, at another camping 5 km away from the DQ camping). We arrived at the UV stage at 5.30 when Brennan Heart was playing. Best stage for me; music-wise it was great. Even Zatox was pretty banging.
But the best set was definitely from the Defqon 1 legends. Music-wise hardstyle from 2009 - 2013 is such great music, nothing these days can beat that![]()
I didn't quite catch Atmozfears, but Frequencerz were unexpectedly good as well. Maybe because they are more of a blend
The endshows were both really well done. Those fireworks, holy shit.
In short, not the best DQ I went to, but still really great
Oh, and how can people say the rain wasn't too bad. Both Saturday and Sunday (the latter being the worst) it was raining until 2 or 3 o'clock. Only later afternoons and the evenings it stayed dry

Skipped right to Gravity. I soiled myself, but it was worth it.

That clouds of fireworks starting at the 2nd cliamx of the Gravity track is just insane!!
This was real Harstyle heaven on earth!! Maybe the best endshow ever

I did not. I sat and enjoyed the endshow without anticipating Gravity, and then, after wolfpack, I heard one of the best pieces of music I have ever heard. Srsly, how can music be that goodSarahKerrigan wrote:Skipped right to Gravity. I soiled myself, but it was worth it.![]()
