Best defqon to date. I enjoyed it so much. Weather was quite nice actually. Sets were great. Stage design was so cool too and the endshow was just on fire. I really enjoyed the weekend

Fourth DQ in a row in Biddinghuizen for me. It was great. Most of the stages looked incredibly awesome and the sound, wow, I haven't experienced something good in a looooong while. Great job!
The music...yeah...a lot better than expected, although we avoided all of that rawstyle shit, so maybe that's why. Friday at the Blue was nice, but nothing too spectacular. ALLSTVRS stood out for me and left when Crypsis started playing.
Saturday was okay too, we stayed at the White from 5 o'clock until the rain cleared out. It was a nice place to stay dry and have a little chat :)
Then when it got dry, we went to RED where everything up until half of B-Front's set was NICE, but then jesus christ...rawstyle once again just proved to me it's such generic shit. None of the people in my group liked it, but yeah we wanted to see the fireworks so we had to put up with it. Q-Dance, please, no raw at main again, man.
Sunday the showers up until 2 or 3 o'clock were terrible, but then when it got dry we went to the festival (we stayed, like every year, at another camping 5 km away from the DQ camping). We arrived at the UV stage at 5.30 when Brennan Heart was playing. Best stage for me; music-wise it was great. Even Zatox was pretty banging.
But the best set was definitely from the Defqon 1 legends. Music-wise hardstyle from 2009 - 2013 is such great music, nothing these days can beat that _O_ _O_ I didn't quite catch Atmozfears, but Frequencerz were unexpectedly good as well. Maybe because they are more of a blend :)
The endshows were both really well done. Those fireworks, holy shit.

In short, not the best DQ I went to, but still really great :)
Oh, and how can people say the rain wasn't too bad. Both Saturday and Sunday (the latter being the worst) it was raining until 2 or 3 o'clock. Only later afternoons and the evenings it stayed dry :?

The rain fucked up my mood pretty bad tbh, the only part where I had my fun was during the power hour ... And in terms of rain, I think it was the worst year so far.

But I still managed to get a sunburn :+

? We had good weather the whole Friday, Saturday evening and the whole afternoon and evening on sunday. Last year was definitely worse!

For me personally this edition was at least ten times better than last year (L) I've had an insane weekend _O_ Didn't even care about the rain because the music was so good, not a single disappointing set.
Awesome stages, i loved the blue, it really gave me a Qlimax feeling. The U.V. was an nice surprise in comparison with last edition which was a really big meh and the Red was just epic (L)
The end shows were out of this world again _O_
And of course, Heady ^^
The only criticism is have is that last years afterparty had a way better line-up. It was also a bit overcrowded due to the fact that there was no after at the black stage. :\

Nevertheless i would say, See ya again next year Defqon (L)

No sorry but definitely not. Far too much rain this year, too much mud, this wasn't the case last year. At least we finally get some sun again on Sunday.
