Might be how your phone's browser handles cookies then.

The IPs doesn't matter. That would be stupid and I doubt phpBB uses that to validate session (I'm using their forums as well personally).
There are people from Turkey, Vietnam, etc. who don't have static IPs and they have like 10-20 different IPs each day (I know personally some people) and they are able to use the forum just fine.

The weird sizing / scroll-bar is fixed.
Just the "fullscreen" button doesn't work at all, but I guess that's FB fault.

Okay since I was banned for a week, I didn't got any answers... Does somebody checks the "admin mail box"? And if somebody starts to ban people, then make some basic rules maybe? Still don't understand why Mods, close their eyes on double posts...
