Maybe the live feelings were stronger than just listening to it on the livestream, but really, I loved every set of the night, specially BM, BH and Frequencerz.
I guess it's most likely due to the stage.

Yep. This genre begins to fade away.
It's still growing to be honest. I guess it's just you fading away from it cause you seem to listen to a lot of Mad Decent / OWSLA stuff etc.

There were a lot of new tracks played btw, so I don't get the nostalgia point (Romanian Hardstyler), the only set with no new tracks was from NC&WSTZ. All in all I would say there were like 12-15 tracks I never heard before, which is pretty much. And when I include the other unreleased stuff it was like 40 tracks.

Isaac: We hit up just in time for this set. It started at about 21:40. We thought, that it would start at 22:00 like the other years. The set was really nice, Isaac played a lot old tracks. The vibe was perfect, everybody were singing along, clapping hands and screaming eyy-ohh. :+ He even played Bitches.
Bass Modulators: They made great chickens, but the cheeseburger wasn't that good. Yeah we missed this set completely, but he Intro was the best moment at Qlimax imho (made a video I was like :O :O :O when the LED screen switched on.
Atmozfears: I am not really into this euphoric stuff, but I really liked this set. The #DB15 (Qlimax Edit) was stunning, I liked it even more than the real Anthem. Hate is like the best track this year and aaaand omg he played Brain Confusion. _O_
NC & WS: Okish set, I expected a bit more. Wolfs, Lost In Paradise, The Source Code Of Creation and World of Madness were awesome though.
Brennan Heart: God Complex was like the best new track at this years Qlimax. The kick was stunning, well done! Ofc he also played Still Here and the "Imaginary"-Moment was unforgettable (made a video So many lights :)
BH & Ran-D: Weird set, felt like Ran-D was playing alone. There was no balance between euphoric and raw like I expected, also hoped for a collab track.
Ran-D: Solid set, his Firestarter intro was out of this world. Great job Q-Dance. _O_
Zatox & Adaro: We were taking a break at this time, sitting at the sides and watched everything from above. Hoped for a great show when Adaro droped Dark Universe, but Q-Dance failed and didn't made anything special. :/
Frequencerz: This was the best set for me. They know how to get the crowd moving and it felt like they were the only one who mixed their tracks. Wolfpack was the shit (made a video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7zCPOS0VSyA).
Deetox: And another awesome set. Deetox killed it. The Do Or Die remix is the shit and The Prophecy remix went out pretty nice live. Too bad she didn't played Fatal.
Playah: I'am not that much into hardcore, but his closing was awesome. It was really great compared to the shitty Partyraser set last year.

The lightshow was awesome, but the stage was indeed a bit lame. It could have beed worse, though.
Too bad that Deetox and Tha Playah only had a 30 minute set.

Great party imo! Not the best Qlimax I have been at, but definetely not the worst either.

I must admit that the Ran-D part and the Adara and especially the zatox part wasnt me though. Best set of the night was Wildstylez and noisecontroller without a doubt. Such a nice flow in their set!! And quite a lot of tracks I never expected to hear on big speakers where played by them, like silver bullet and the Venom remix and of newer tracks Wolfs which I seem to be one of the only ppl on the planet to really appreciate haha (based on the fact that no1 seems to be dancing to it?)

Frequencerz was also really good, as well as Deetox and Tha Playah. TO be honest, the most boring part for me was the middle. I just doesnt seem to be into Ran-D, Adaro and especially Zatox anymore....

I had some major flashbacks to Dana @ '06 listening to Deetox again. The Public Enemy vocals in that one track and the Hardcore final track had some ironic parallels, now it seems like there's officially another Hardstyle queen for this generation, big ups to Deetox!
Also, the Zatox & Adaro set was my favorite too, didn't expect it to be so good.

watching and listening videos and livesets at home after 5 years was a bit strange for me xD however except the stage that wasn't original, i loved the music played in this edition, and the animation/lasers during the event.the big screen is not the best thing of a stage but the amount of scenario and animations are good side of it(like the 2012 stage). i havnt understand the solo part of ran-d and brennan..and i don't like this kind of anthemshow..i remember int he past that moment when we were conscious that in a few seconds the anthemshow were be played..adrenaline everywhere!. my favourite sets are: NC&WZ,ISAAC,DEETOX,FREQ. and the others were really really good too!
i loved the intro sounds by sogma more than last year, with those "past qlimax edition" sounds in it. but another time..i miss the qdance voice speaking about the upcoming artist telling the story..now there are only 3 words put in it and the rest is only sounds..but the intro of deetox was better and in general better than last year. this in my opinion cut a bit the classic atmosphere f this event. overall rating is 8,5 qlimax!
