Good synthesizers for Hardstyle

EKS-9 is a good if you want to get a basic 909

Drumazon is better because sometimes a hihat, or snare can be important for the creation of a punch

If you want to get a 909 emulation, is it not better to get something which has all the 909 percussion as well as the kick drum

I can really really recommend Serum. Normally ive done all my leads and shit with either Massive or Sylenth but since i got in contact with Serum i solely use it. One incredible synth with a stunning soundquality and easy interface.

For hardstyle you generally want Virtual analog synths and FM synths

Harmless is additive synthesis, pysical moddeling and additive synthesis is not really necessary for hardstyle sounds but I would still use them anyway for creative purposes
