Where to get this Downlifter-FX?

Hi, does anyone know where to get this Downlifter-FX?

It's used in almost every track. I went through my samples (Vengeance, Mutekki, etc.) but it's not there.

Thanks a lot for any help!

3xOsc with white noise waves, lfo on cutoff/volume and a eq/volume automation clip which goes down and it's done
