I also never used earplugs but after countless small parties and around 12 big events I suffer from a lasting tinnitus (although I think it rather comes from the small parties where the PA's aren't correctly balanced, and the tinnitus is almost not noticeable)
I would defo bring them with you and also considering to use them. But since I wasn't at a MOH event till now I can't say annything about the PA's there.
Go the safe way for your health.

How awesome was tha playah's set!?!?! Real qlimax-feeling to it, enjoyed it so much... Also the raw hs stage was like really really good!
