Depends on what you consider as Happy Hardcore. I myself determine most of what you have listed, and compilations like X-treme and Bonkers as UK Hardcore (easier that way) but I determine some slower old-skool rave/HC and some japanese artists who I know who make HHC as happy hardcore, as their tracks are well..happy.
