free multitrack editor
Heyo, im looking for a good (and free) software with the multiple separate tracks option, mostly for cutting/editing musing or mashups for my own needs. I was using some very old version of cool edit pro long time ago and it was perfect but i cant find it anymore (and the new cool edit doesnt seem to have the multitrack option, or at least i cant find it and its paid). Any suggestions! Thanks.

Last time I checked, Cool Edit Pro became Adobe Audition.
