Matthew Koma <3 Those vocals are fucking amazing and the track aint half bad either. Really struck me at the endshow of DQ but I still dont get why these Audiotricz people are everywhere.

why shouldn't he? come on! I'm fed up with this type of argument: "if you don't like it - don't listen"! it's the music I like and I want to listen to as much hardstyle as possible (that sounds kinda silly, but I hope you understand what I'm driving at, it's 3 in the morning ffs!), so this is only natural for me (or for ceero for that matter) to express concern or negativity when I meet something of lower quality that the stuff I'm used to. and when it comes to concern: it saddens me to see that this type of hardstyle gets more and more popularity and attracts more attention of the general audiences than the higher-quality stuff (note that I do not insist on this stuff being strictly raw and early-influenced). and who am I to judge? well, I've been listening to hardstyle for a while, and I like to think that I've acquired some sort of taste throughout the years. taste and ability to distinguish quality from mediocrity. I hope this explains to you why I will continue to post negative opinions on the cheesy and euphoric stuff. and just so you know: you can search my posts and see that I DO like certain cheesy and euphoric tracks that meet my standards.

Sure thing, bro :) Was just curious. I just dont understand why two seemingly similar tracks get so different responses from you. I totally get the "I wanna like/listen to all the hardstylezzzz"-argument but sometimes it feels like your personal taste clouds your judgement of quality (at least to me that is). This production is great and while I respect that you dont really "get" the track I just can't understand the "ermehgerd this is so shit" argument.

nobody ever stated that "this is so shit". I said that this track has everything that I hate in hardstyle, and ceero said basically the same thing, but in a slightly different way. so it's all about how you perceive negative reactions on you favorite tracks. and yes, the production quality may be really great here, but seriously technical perfection is not what makes music enjoyable. to me at least...

Suresure. That argument about how you just want to listen to hardstyle is really making sense so thank you for that, will keep that in mind :)

i don't see the problem of all of you, it has a quite hard and punchy kick and a decent intro. also the melody isn't that cheesy, it carries emotion, yeah, but it's not the ubercheese like da tweekaz or something. it's just nustylish in my ears.
i understand that some people may not like this and i for myself also prefer the rougher side of hardstyle, but i don't think that this track is THAT bad (compare it to malboro man for example).

Its the "commercial/pop" atmosphere created by the vocals they hate. Not the sound design me thinks.
