Site just got created recently which might explain why there isn't anything on it yet. Otherwise I think it's just a joke. The explanation doesn't make it sound real either, they have no idea what they are talking about.
Although I'd be more than happy to sell them some crappy hardkick10 tracks to sell off rights to.
They do need producers of their own who will be willing give up tracks, which they don't mention at all.

Well not fake but they will take your money and give you a subpar service. Plus you wont be able to get your money back because in the small print it will say that none of it is guaranteed.
