Re: I´m becoming worse instead of better
I have like weeks i even think of opening FL because it can get me bored as shit, and after like 2 weeks, im getting some new motivation/inspiration and then ill work everything out thats on my mind, untill im bored again (because of failing over and over again, for example on a mid intro). and after a while the motivation comes back

It´s true that they are becoming very complex. Today´s mainstream HS/HC is at least that complex as most other EDM and I can tell it for sure comparing to Trance as I produced it too. I don´t get the people saying this styles are just shabby, cheaply produced noises for people who want it to be loud I understand if this is not somebody´s style but it´s simply not true, from a produceres point of view, that today´s harder Styles lacks in quality, especially I don´t get it when Dubstep-Lovers say this, I mean Dubstep is distorted noise too, even less ritmical and melodic so STFU haters!
Well today is the last day of school-holydays so I will give producing a last try, free my mind and take my time and after today, if nothing comes out I´ll make a break.

I didn't have time to read it all, but one advice could be to try different genres. I'm so glad that i opened my horrizon, because i was locked to Hardstyle. I didn't listen to anything else and i only tried to produce that genre. Now i still listen to Hardstyle, but it's been 1 year since i really sat down and tried to come up with a Hardstyle track.
So i would say take a break, still listen to a lot of Hardcore but don't try to produce it at all. Produce something totally different. For me producing Trap, Rap and Hip Hops beats has been one of the best things i've ever done.

You know what? That´s exactely what I thought! Today I tried to make a better mixdown of the track "Destiny" I posted above and again it just sounded weaker and so I thought I definitely need a break.
Than I opened my "Trance-Soundcloud-Account" and listened to some old tunes of mine and felt again the power my songs had back than when I started producing and thought I will go back to the roots where I started and produce some Uplifting Trance again. I remember this melancholic days when I sat down Saturday afternoon and listened to some euphoric Trance and got highly inspired. And I produced until the evning and the next morning when the sun shone I did the Qlimax part and everything was so natural.
At that time I just made music because I had ideas which I wanted to realize, today I just seek ideas because I need to realize music. And ideas should came on their own and not be forced, that´s maybe why my productions sound weak now.
I´ll make a break with producing Hardcore and just produce if I really have the inspiration. Better few tracks but good oanes, than many but liveless tracks.

Inspiration always comes when you write your own music. Download some soundbanks, make some new sounds, listen to music that gives you the chills. Do whatever makes you happy!

There is your problem right there, you're just thinking about success, you're thinking too much, you're worrying.. take it easy, stop worrying about success. You won't be successful if you think about success, start learning and have fun applying what you learned, if you don't have patience for learning, then leave music production until you're older, or
else just keep playing around in your DAW and enjoy it

You know what? You are completely right! At the beginning the thought of becoming famous never even came to my mind, I just wanted to put my ideas and emotions into sounds and melodies. As I became better it became more of a "I must make music, it´s the only thing I am good at, the more I work, the better I become", I orientated myself too much to becoming professional, I didn´t want that all the music making I did was a waste of time and that´s where the mistake lays. If I really like what I am doing it can´t be a waste of time because it makes me happy and that´s what counts.thesh3ll wrote:Dj Reaper wrote: and If I want to make success I need to learn what he and his concurrence learnt in much less time

And if I dedicate a lot of time into my passion and work with enthusiasm, it may be also rewarded with fame some day, but as usual the best thing of reaching a place is the travel itself, if you understand what I´m saying.
Sorry for having been so narrowminded, but I think every ambitious person can also make mistakes on his road and encounter downs, most important is, that the person stands up when he falls and corrects his mistakes.
What I´m still a bit worried is if I´ll ever be able to make my mixdowns and that stuff sound as pristine and good as I immagine them and if I will ever exactely know what I do in all steps of producing just after years of practise or do I need to do something else beside just practising.
When it comes to EQing (just to name an example) I googeled already 100 times "how to mix a track", "how to use EQs" and so on and read many tutorials and tried stuff by myself but at the end it always ends up just as moving some bands and listening until a good sound comes out and I worry it won´t ever happen that my tracks sound as lush as the tracks I am listening to and love.

believe me, this has all to do with knowledge of FX, the creative part (ideas and sounds) has to do with trial & error, but the quality and clarity of a mixdown has to do with knowledge. You have to listen to what EJMU said, because he's right, once you really understand how to use FX, it will really stand to you. Take your time to learn though, no rush.
