Need help creating FX Sounds!!!

Post by dustin255 »

What are good ways of making good fx sounds? I have been having trouble with this.

Or How can I match his style? or His beat.

I like the prophet's style in the intro's-

Like this -

- The Prophet - One Moment

- The Prophet - Outburst

Dude, in the short time you've been here, you've made every possible topic there is, assuming you're gonna get spoon-fed.

If you don't wanna help but criticize then fine. But your not helping.

My purpose is to get support in my productions. NOT MORE CRITICIZE CRAP!.

How about you look through some threads and you might just find out. Also you should try do it yourself with no help and experiment to get a certain sound.

The reason I'm not helping is because these questions have already been answered many times before. Noobs tend to join the forum and just spam the shit out of Production Section asking for help (like you are doing now) when there are already existing topics that explain how to make these sort of sounds.

To save you the hassle of making another thread on how to use the search bar :+ Here is an FX thread that is on General/Sound Design sub-forum (Only like 10 threads down). If you don't know what their saying or what some of the stuff means, Google it, saves us some hassle and yourself some.

Why would you post that one? Dustin himself replied in that topic(obviously showing that he doesn't have any clue what he's talking about, considered he labelled an fx kick a 'raw' sound) and it only helps with making an fx kick, and nothing more. What I don't think it mentions is that the output sound for fx kicks is heavily dependant on the input. In other words, a shit kick will = a shit fx kick. Though, this is never always the case. Anyway dustin, I'm not going to help you with an entire intro, since I can't do them myself, but as I already mentioned, nobody on this forum is going to spoonfeed you that much. And trust me, that's not something you can simply be taught, it takes a lot of work and experimenting until you'll start to get it right(you'll find yourself failing 99% of the time, but that rare 1% feels pretty cool).

We are very sick of your pointless topics, don't get me wrong, but you should do some research on the forum/youtube or even read some manuals then you start asking if the topic doesn't exist, most of these topics have been answered, this doesn't apply to you only but to every newcomer looking for answers.
