can't get my low cut to fully low cut

can't get my low cut to fully low cut

I'm using Fab Filter Pro Q to try and low cut, but i can't get it to fully work
These are my settings Image
I have the bottom fully cut off, but there is still noise there? What am i doing wrong here?

Take another fab filter under the original in the chain, and check how much db your lows have been dropped, should work well. And put that other one on Pre-EQ instead of post..

You can also apply 2 lowcuts in one instance of Fabfilter.

Or you could use the Bandpass from Melda Productions, also gives you a possibility to add and adjust a slope so you don't get those straight cuts other Bandpass plug-ins give you.

EDIT: If you decide to use it you obviously have one mixer slot less to use but yeah, it should at least solve your problem.

I got the MFreeEffects bundle, the bandpass filter is exactly what i was looking for!
