I didn't really read through the whole thread. I'm not 100% sure, but go to the 'OSC 'tab at the top left of the middle screen and under 'Oscillator Phases' enable the Restart via Gate by clicking the box. You guys should really read manuals, cause in the end, you may know how to make this particular sound cause someone has given you instructions, but you don't know your way around a synth as far as I can tell. Haha, and Modern Talking is THE most hated thing in the Electro/Dubstep scene. It's ridiculously overused so I have no idea why one would aim for that sound(that 'yoie' robot bass I mean).

The hate on Modern Talking is just ridiculous. Some people don't even mind the sound unless they know its made with Modern Talking :rofl: I find that pathetic tbh. xD

Vowel filter->decimate distortion.
lowpass filter->distortion.

both works with around 40-45% resonance...
I'm grumpier than you.

The majority of people dislike it for a reason, they can't stand the sound of it, and it's pretty damn noticeable. It is ridiculous that people would hate a sound as soon as they found out that it's Modern Talking, but that's not the case most of the time.

Word.

This thread's purpose was so that people could explain how to make the sound. Nobody gives a two fucks whether it's 'hated' or not in the scene.
