Teequee - Wishes

Post by Defiant »

Hi guys, just wondering how you would go about making this or if it is some preset that I don't know.
I'm talking about the vocal thingy in the beginning and in the break, it is absolutely amazing <3
I guess it is sort of similar to SY Yamato, but I haven't heard anyone else use it but Pontuz and WP (they also use it for a short time in We Live For The Day)
Thanks!

sounds layerd to Me , Its similar to a "Voice" Pad just pitched up very hard or sampled and pitched up than.
so i would try : make a basic Voice Patch set it like a pad and than pitch it up or sample it.
Than add a Bass Pad at the background to it.
Try Different WaveTables to achieve something similar.

Or It could be a Real Voice from a Woman Edited Very Hard and Pitched Up.

Just A Guess ;)

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.

I remember hearing Kasparov - Living the dream, and thinking of that track right away. It's pretty much the exact high-pitched voice.

My vote goes to it being voice synth. Like ravestyler said, add a bass layer to it to get that fuller sound after you pitch it up some. Wish I could give you an exact synth or preset to try.
