Does somebody know how headhunterz and all the other producer make that deep voice, like in headhunterz tracks and defqon 1 anthems?

Well this isn't a 'Headhunterz deep voice' vocal. This is the defqon voice.
And I dont think you can make any voice like this, without the vocalist himself.

It isn't that hard to do with just a regular voice. You have to pitch it down really good, give it a really nice distortion and put a randomized stutter on top of it for about 20%.

eq compressor and something like waves rbass will re-create something like the deep vocal
Well, there was a similar topic a while ago, and I remember IAmShepherd's example being awesome. I guess the older topic is talking about 'darker' and more distorted vocals, but it still could be of help, so here:

Record vocal: It can be your own voice, doesn't really matter from what i've experienced. If your voice is deep then it should end up sounding real cool tho.
Put it inside your sequencer. Pitch your voice down around 3-9 semitones, but it also varies on what the voice sounds like, so how many notes you pitch it down is variable. Just pitch it down until you're satisfied
Distortion: You don't need Ohmicide just because Headhunterz uses it. Any distortion will do: I use Camelcrusher.
Vibrato: To make it sound like it's pulsating: Gives it a really cool sound & feel
EQ: Roll off low-freqs
and of course, reverb & delay to make it sound wet and nice
But yeah that's how I do it.
