Make a melody more alive?
Need some tips and tricks here.
I have created a melody but its, just það melody with its sound, i need to make it more a live, i have reverb and all that, i need something else playing with it to make more alive and not so quite or something like that :s

U think Reverb is enough ??
ITs NOT , Use Delay , Chorus and add more Release if its still not that full.
Add Chords , Some notes , FX whatever u want.
And do Whats Mentioned Above.

Imagine building a guitar and then tuning it and then playing it. That's what electronic music is.

Maybe it's just not that good of a melody. FX are usually just to enhance the sound and make it sound even better. Try playing with more notes maybe, as said above, delay. Try different quanitzed and different types of delay.
Experiment: that's the main answer here.
It could be lack of effects. It could be that a note should be split up into two. Try different solutions and see what happens. Don't be afraid to try new ideas.
